phpBanners is a system for inserting blocks of code into a standard web page using PHP.

Headers and footers are coded and stored centrally and then included when the page is viewed. This means that a change to one central banners file is reflected site wide. Since the look of most sites is predominantly defined within the headers and footers, the look and feel of a site can be altered simply and quickly.
